SHAREK is a bilingual monthly newsletter that evolved across 12+ editions into a sophisticated editorial platform. Each issue features original infographics, data visualizations, and editorial layouts designed to distill complex government initiatives into accessible, engaging reading for a diverse internal audience. The challenge wasn't just making it look good — it was making government policy interesting enough that people actually read it.

Each edition follows a structured editorial workflow: content intake from multiple departments, information architecture to prioritize stories, custom infographic development for each data set, and bilingual layout proofing. The visual system evolved across editions — early issues used conservative layouts, while later editions introduced bolder typography, full-bleed photography, and interactive data visualizations. The grid system flexes between 3-column news layouts and full-spread feature presentations, maintaining reading flow in both Arabic and English.
