SAHL Strategic Proposal

SAHL required a visually commanding pitch deck to present a government digital transformation initiative to C-suite decision-makers. Dense operational data needed to become clear data visualizations and narrative flows that support high-stakes presentations where clarity and visual authority are essential. The audience has 45 minutes and zero patience for confusing charts — every slide had to earn its place.

Started by deconstructing the raw data into narrative threads — what story does each data point actually tell? Built custom chart templates that replace generic PowerPoint graphs with branded, readable visualizations. Each slide follows a "headline → evidence → implication" structure that guides presenters through the argument. The color system uses a restricted palette to maintain focus, with a single accent color for call-to-action elements. Tested the deck with actual presenters to ensure animations and builds support rather than distract from the live delivery.
