Euro 2024 coverage required a rapid-turnaround production pipeline for match-day assets — posters, video wall backgrounds, social media graphics, and on-air bumpers. 51 matches across a month-long tournament means a new set of graphics every single day, each reflecting the specific matchup while maintaining Al Kass Sports visual standards. The pace is relentless: design in the morning, approve by noon, on-air by evening.

Built a template system that separates variable content (team crests, player photos, match data) from fixed design elements (layout grid, type system, color palette). This lets a single designer produce a complete match-day package in under 4 hours. V.Wall backgrounds use a layered Photoshop pipeline that composites tournament branding with dynamic team elements. Each format — social square, story vertical, broadcast 16:9, and V.Wall ultrawide — derives from the same master composition.
