The Art Director Pipeline is an automated creative workflow built on n8n that chains AI services — from brief parsing and concept generation through image creation to layout assembly. It transforms a written brief into production-ready design concepts in minutes instead of hours, allowing a single art director to operate at the throughput of a small team.

The pipeline begins with a structured brief that is parsed by Claude to extract key parameters: mood, palette, typography direction, and format requirements. These parameters feed into ComfyUI and Midjourney for image generation, with outputs automatically composited into layout templates. Quality checkpoints at each stage allow human override before final delivery.
